Ujjain Hotels is designed for devotees and travellers visiting Mahakaleshwar Temple. We help them discover reliable, Hindu-owned hotels, restaurants, and stay options in Ujjain without charging any fee from travellers.

2. Hotel Listings and Verification

  • Every listed hotel is reviewed and verified with the information available at the time of onboarding.
  • Properties are verified as Hindu-owned during onboarding.
  • Amenities shown are based on hotel-provided details plus our verification snapshot.
  • Ujjain Hotels is not responsible for changes that happen after verification (ownership, management, or amenities).

3. Free Service for Travellers

  • The platform is 100% free for travellers.
  • We never request booking payments or deposits via calls, emails, or messages.
  • If someone claims to be from “Ujjain Hotels” and asks for money, it is entirely your choice to proceed.
  • Ujjain Hotels is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorised payment requests.

4. Recommendations Only

We recommend hotels and restaurants based on distance, amenities, ratings, and traveller requirements. Please confirm amenities, availability, and tariffs directly with the property.

5. Reviews

Every review displayed on the website is original and sourced from Google Reviews without modifications.

6. Location Access

User location is only used to suggest nearby hotels. No personal data is shared with third parties and any temporary data is deleted once the user leaves the website.

7. Charges for Hoteliers

  • We do not charge commission on bookings.
  • Hoteliers pay nominal subscription fees (monthly or yearly) based on their chosen plan.
  • Bookings happen directly between travellers and hoteliers.
  • Ujjain Hotels does not take any revenue share from hotels.

8. Hotelier Responsibilities

Hoteliers must filter genuine bookings and handle any fraud, pricing errors, service issues, availability problems, or miscommunication on their own.

9. Traveller–Hotelier Disputes

Any dispute between a traveller and hotelier is strictly their matter. Ujjain Hotels is not a party to such disputes.

10. Complaints and Delisting

If a written complaint is validated after investigation, we reserve the right to permanently delist the concerned hotel, irrespective of remaining subscription validity.

11. Mission Statement

Our mission is to eliminate the 30–60% commission charged by large OTAs and empower local hotels and restaurants with an affordable discovery platform.

12. Direct Contact

Travellers can contact hotels directly. No brokers or middlemen are involved.

13. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. All updates will be published on this page.
